The Hub (Cafe & Soft Play)

We have been coming to the hub for a while now, for baby ballet. We absolutely love it. Chloe is so good with the children, makes everyone feel so welcome and warm. There is no judgement or expectation whatsoever and Fliss has the best time ever being able to dance along at her own pace. Seeing "coco" at ballet is her favourite time of the week. The hub play area is such a good space to let the children play, as its all open, I can happily enjoy a coffee whilst still being able to see my daughter. Highly recommend the hub & coco's baby ballet!!

My daughter celebrated her 5th birthday here and it was fantastic! The staff were so lovely - friendly, kind, helpful and on hand for anything that was needed. The children all had the best time - the food was great and the bouncy castle was a hit. All the parents said what a wonderful venue it was. We couldn't have been happier.

Yesterday we had my little boys 2nd birthday party at the hub. It was completely stress free and the high standard I’ve come to expect from the hub. Food was spot on and all dietary requirements were catered - nothing was a problem and guests commented on how good the gluten free food was. We attend the hub regularly and love how they always change the decor and play areas with the seasons. The events are always brilliant and really fairly priced. Food and drink is also always really good, both for kids and adults. So lucky to have this on our doorstep and I know we will continue to return time and time again. Thank you to all of the staff at the hub for a great party!

We just can’t stay away from The Hub—it’s truly exceptional! Every toddler event they put on is amazing, and our little ones have the *time of their lives* every single visit. They’re always the last to leave because they’re having so much fun! Choosing The Hub for our children’s party this year was, without a doubt, the best decision we made. Chloe and the entire team were incredible—so warm, welcoming, organised, and completely dedicated to making everything perfect. They created a wonderfully stress-free, joy-filled celebration that exceeded every expectation and ticked every box we had (and more!). We honestly couldn’t recommend The Hub more highly. It’s a standout venue for everyday play, special events, and unforgettable parties. Absolute 10/10!

It's perfect if you want to catch up with a group of friends who are also a parents. Can just have nice chat at the table while your little ones play around. Food is decent as well although I've found the portion size to be rather small. If you come on your own solely to use the soft play I would say would rather use full size soft play venue instead.

We have just had my little girls 3rd party here at the hub. We had a private function and had the venue to ourselves. All of the staff were so accommodating and listened to my requests for my little girls party theme. They made it look amazing! And we couldn’t be happier. The food and the two ladies on the day were so helpful and did everything they could to make the day perfect. Everyone loved the party and all of the food! We absolutely love coming to The Hub! Could not recommend it enough. So much variation of activities and space for exploring different areas. Whether it be role play, reading, climbing or whizzing around on a fire truck. Very clean and open environment. The food is incredible with such a great selection especially the grazing board for kiddies! Wonderful soft play all round and such welcoming, friendly & chatty staff. We recently had our sons 3rd birthday party here. Chloe, Izzie & the team were superb with their organisation, creativity & attention to detail. They took all the stress away from us so we could enjoy the party which was such a bonus! We had THE BEST time celebrating with our family & friends. Thank you for making it such a lovely & chilled place to come time after time.
